J. Syrkus, President and Broker of Record for Mutual Real Estate
Corporation, has over twenty (20) consecutive years of experience
in the field of commercial real estate brokerage within the five
county Philadelphia area and southern New Jersey.
During the period 1978 through 1982, Mr. Syrkus developed a substantial
level of experience within the Industrial Department of Franklin
Realty Group of Pennsylvania, Inc., a regional commercial real estate
brokerage company with headquarters in Rydal, Pennsylvania. In 1982,
Mr. Syrkus, recognized for his consistent accomplishments, was selected
as Director of Property Dispositions for Franklin Realty Group (formerly
Franklin Real Estate Investment Trust), a national real estate syndication
company with a portfolio in excess of six hundred and fifty (650)
million dollars of investment grade commercial properties. As Director
of Property Dispositions, Mr. Syrkus was directly responsible for
marketing fifty (50) to one hundred (100) million dollars of investment
grade office buildings, retail shopping centers, apartment communities
and industrial properties annually which were located within various
metropolitan cities throughout the county. Mr. Syrkus’ various successes
in concluding transactions on behalf of Franklin partnerships provided
for a relationship that extended through December 31, 1990.

Syrkus has continued to expand his relationship with the regional
community by providing professional agents, who like himself have
a keen sense of integrity, knowledge and professionalism. Each independent
agent has historically committed himself to building a relationship
oriented customer base within his area of expertise. |
Reynold
Greenberg has been engaged in the commercial Real Estate business
within the Philadelphia area since 1946. Mr. Greenberg has had extensive
experience in the selling, leasing, development and appraisal of
both user and investment grade Commercial/Industrial real estate
throughout the city and region of Philadelphia .
Mr. Greenberg was president of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors
in 1961 and a member of their Board of Governors, chairing a number
of its committees. Mr. Greenberg was president of the Society of
Industrial Realtors; Chairman of CTS Federal Government Co-Operative
Committee; a member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards;
a Senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, and a recent
member of the Montgomery County Board of Assessment appeals. Mr.
Greenberg has a long and extensive history in successfully providing
the community of Philadelphia with exemplary real estate expertise. |
